Philadelphia Murals Tour
With over 2,800 Philadelphia murals on display, it's no wonder Philadelphia is known as the "mural capital of the world".Philadelphia's murals are an outgrowth of the city's Anti-Graffiti Network program.
The design of each of these masterpieces is based on community wishes and begins with input from local residents. As a result, the murals provide a fascinating window into the diversity of the Philadelphia neighborhoods in which they reside.
